As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll leverage our cutting-edge applicant tracking system and extensive industry partnerships to place candidates in temporary-to-hire, contract, and direct-hire roles across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors. Responsibilities
- Souring and screening qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Utilizing our proprietary ATS to track candidates, pipeline activity, and performance metrics
- Collaborating with marketing team to develop targeted recruitment campaigns
- Weekly payroll coordination and compliance with Washington state labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly placement and revenue targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Valid Washington State staffing agency license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment with weekly performance reviews
