Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-hire and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates through personalized communication
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidate progress
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client needs and staffing requirements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and agency policies throughout all processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment or staffing industry experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics and KPIs
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
