Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions using ATS platforms and social recruiting
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across key Indianapolis sectors
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Track placement metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for maximum ROI
- Onboard new hires and ensure seamless client-candidate integration
- Attend weekly talent pipeline reviews and contribute to strategic hiring initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record in high-volume hiring
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) and data-driven mindset
- Strong network within Indianapolis' tech, healthcare, or logistics communities
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with client-facing experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Valid Indiana staffing license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
