Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles across Detroit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and corporate clients
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect matches
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding

Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in Detroit market
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics and revenue goals
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across multiple industries
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
