Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary-to-hire, contract, and direct-hire positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and staffing requirements
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with optimal opportunities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless candidate placement and client satisfaction
- Track key metrics (time-to-fill, placement success) and report on recruitment performance
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting/staffing agency experience or proven sales/candidate sourcing background
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and social recruiting tools
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Results-driven mindset with experience meeting or exceeding recruitment targets
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client/candidate meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
