Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse client positions in tech, finance, healthcare, and light industrial sectors
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive networking and digital sourcing strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations
- Develop strong client relationships through regular communication and alignment on hiring needs
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate progress and ensure data-driven decision making
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and competitive compensation benchmarks
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a staffing agency or corporate HR department
- Proven success in sourcing passive candidates across multiple industries and skill levels
- Expert knowledge of Chicago's job market and local talent landscape
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation abilities and experience with compensation package structuring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
