Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Conducting in-depth interviews and skills assessments
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes from offer to placement
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms
- Meeting weekly KPIs for candidate submissions and placements
- Conducting market research to identify hiring trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record meeting sales/recruitment targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Ability to thrive in commission-based compensation structures
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (client site visits required)
- US work authorization required
