Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and nurture relationships with high-caliber candidates through personalized outreach
- Partner with clients to define staffing needs and deliver strategic talent solutions
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates in competitive markets
- Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate candidate pipelines
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess cultural fit for client organizations
- Drive weekly recruitment metrics including time-to-fill and placement quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of Seattle's talent landscape and industry trends
