Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for technical and professional roles across San Jose's thriving tech sector
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 startups
- Utilize ATS platforms like Greenhouse and Lever to track candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop innovative recruitment campaigns
- Analyze market trends to position candidates competitively in San Jose's job market
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in the San Jose Bay Area
- Proven success filling contract-to-hire and direct placement roles
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn and GitHub
- Strong knowledge of San Jose's tech ecosystem including major employers
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles with attention to detail
- Compensation negotiation skills with track record of win-win outcomes
- Familiarity with compliance requirements for California staffing regulations
- Weekly payroll processing experience preferred
