Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through advanced recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Bay Area hiring managers
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from offer to onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
- Collaborate with marketing team on employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to placement)
- Expertise in Bay Area tech, finance, or healthcare industries
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Relevant degree or HR certification (SHRM, CIPD)
