Responsibilities
- Sourcel, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize placement success rates
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven track record in high-volume candidate placement
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong understanding of Portland's job market dynamics
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
