Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries using advanced recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both job seekers and hiring managers
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Utilize our proprietary ATS to track placements and optimize recruitment workflows
- Develop innovative sourcing pipelines through networking and digital platforms
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights to clients and candidates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing or agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid California driver's license for client meetings (when required)
