Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across healthcare, IT, finance, and light industrial sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and skill alignment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement onboarding
- Leverage digital platforms and networking to expand talent pipelines
- Track and optimize recruitment metrics to ensure client satisfaction and fill rates
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of recruiters to share best practices and market insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities for contract-to-hire and direct placements
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client/candidate meetings
- Knowledge of Minnesota labor laws and compliance requirements
