Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including manufacturing, healthcare, and IT
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and digital sourcing
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to match skills with client needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Develop strong client relationships through consistent communication and service excellence
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share best practices and celebrate successes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting/staffing agency experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport instantly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and sourcing tools
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with demonstrated placement success
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Knowledge of Milwaukee's labor market and key industry sectors
