Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills against client requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely placement submissions
- Utilize ATS systems to track recruitment metrics and performance
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Results-driven mindset with proven placement success
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends for client meetings
