Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and finance
- Build and nurture candidate pipelines through targeted networking and digital outreach
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and develop customized recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from offer negotiation to onboarding support
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to optimize placement strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM data and generate weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record in high-volume placements
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry events
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage client expectations and candidate offers
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and CRM platforms
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport across all professional levels
- Kansas City market knowledge and established local professional network
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
