As a cornerstone of our recruitment team, you'll leverage our proprietary matching technology to place candidates in contract-to-hire and direct-hire roles spanning IT, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors. Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through advanced Boolean searches and professional networking
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Conduct structured interviews and skills assessments for technical and non-technical roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and generate placement reports
- Develop talent pipelines for high-demand positions in Columbus's key industries
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job descriptions and employer branding content
Qualifications
- 2+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience required
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong understanding of Columbus's labor market dynamics and key employers
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Valid Ohio driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to work in hybrid schedule (3 days office/2 days remote)
