Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across IT, Finance, Healthcare, and Engineering sectors
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and networking
- Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to match top talent with client requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and post-placement follow-up
- Develop and nurture strategic client relationships to drive new business opportunities
- Leverage CRM systems to track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless candidate experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs (placements, billings, retention)
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with Chicago's job market and industry trends
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
