Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand talent requirements
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize ATS platforms and social media for strategic candidate outreach
- Drive weekly recruitment metrics including fill rates and candidate satisfaction
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Charlotte market knowledge and professional network preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
