Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse staffing assignments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and job orders
- Weekly payroll coordination for temporary and contract staff
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings
- Active staffing industry certifications preferred
