Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-hire and direct-hire positions across Texas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand staffing needs and expectations
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: posting jobs, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers
- Ensure seamless onboarding and payroll processing for weekly-paid temporary staff
- Track key metrics: fill rates, client satisfaction, and candidate retention
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using social media, job boards, and networking
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment workflows and candidate experience
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting/staffing experience with weekly-pay environments
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs and client expectations
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and closing positions
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CSP certification preferred
