Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
- Conduct detailed interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for temporary/permanent placements
- Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards for strategic sourcing
- Track KPIs including time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction

Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven success in high-volume candidate placement
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Seattle's tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions
- Relevant industry certifications (CPSM, CTS) preferred
