Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes with weekly payroll integration
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and offer extensions
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to track recruitment metrics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume tech or professional services hiring
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with 85% offer acceptance rate
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
