Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate placement
- Exceed quarterly recruitment and sales targets through strategic outreach
- Utilize ATS systems for candidate tracking and reporting
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven track record meeting recruitment KPIs and sales targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid California driver's license for client meetings
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
