Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse staffing assignments across IT, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Meet weekly KPIs for placements, candidate pipelines, and client satisfaction
- Leverage our proprietary ATS and networking tools to maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless candidate experiences
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets in competitive markets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Strong understanding of Dallas's job market and industry trends
