Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across tech, healthcare, and industrial sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent requirements
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and skill alignment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement with exceptional attention to detail
- Leverage digital platforms and networking to expand candidate pipeline and market presence
- Collaborate with internal team to optimize staffing strategies and achieve quarterly KPIs
- Document all recruitment activities in our ATS system with precision and compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with natural ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed placement targets
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
