Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates with client companies
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and industry partners
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools
- Track metrics and optimize recruitment performance weekly
- Represent our agency at local job fairs and networking events
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement KPIs and revenue goals
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ohio staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
