Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles across Chicago
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with opportunities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement and onboarding
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidates and optimize hiring pipelines
- Drive business development through client outreach and market analysis
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and staffing industry regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven success in high-volume candidate sourcing and placement
- Expert knowledge of Chicago's job market and industry trends
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Valid Illinois staffing license (or ability to obtain immediately)
