Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across Charlotte's key sectors
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networking
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect matches
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and client satisfaction
- Utilize our proprietary ATS for streamlined candidate management and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement metrics
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte's job market and key industries
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
