Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for client openings using ATS platforms
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across Atlanta
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborate with marketing team to attract diverse talent pipelines
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Strong knowledge of Atlanta's job market and industry trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid Georgia driver's license (client site visits required)
