Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for diverse client portfolios across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn) to track pipelines and ensure timely placements
- Exceed monthly KPIs including submission-to-hire ratios and client satisfaction scores
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive compensation packages
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment strategies and processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical or professional recruiting experience (agency preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets in competitive markets
- Expertise in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, Boolean search, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport at all levels
