Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles including tech, healthcare, and administrative
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Manage client relationships and understand staffing needs for Portland-based companies
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes ensuring candidates receive weekly pay
- Utilize CRM systems to track placements and optimize recruitment strategies
- Develop innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly KPIs and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Proven track record of placing candidates in contract, temporary, or direct-hire roles
- Strong knowledge of Portland's job market and industry trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
