Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and finance
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of top-tier talent through proactive sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect-fit placements
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including onboarding and post-placement support
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize placement efficiency and client satisfaction
- Represent Phoenix Elite Staffing at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with proven track record
- Expertise in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with consultative approach
- Ability to thrive in metrics-driven environment with KPI-focused mindset
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn or Jobvite
- Strong understanding of Phoenix's labor market and industry trends
