Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (Finance, Tech, Healthcare)
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments for contract/permanent roles
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS systems with weekly performance metrics
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Collaborate with sales team to expand client partnerships
- Stay current with NYC labor market trends and salary benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in recruitment/staffing with proven track record
- Expertise in candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Valid NY State driver's license (client visits required)
- US work authorization (no sponsorship available)
