Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across IT, healthcare, and administrative sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and industry professionals
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to placement
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job fit
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate smooth onboarding processes
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Weekly payroll processing for temporary and contract staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with weekly pay processing
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs and placement targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license (client site visits required)
