Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and permanent positions across Georgia
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: from job postings to interviews to onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media to expand talent pipelines
- Meet weekly KPIs for placements, interviews, and client satisfaction
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging industry trends and opportunities
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment/staffing experience or proven sales background
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Results-driven mindset with ability to meet performance targets
- Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
