Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through advanced sourcing techniques and networking
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier client companies across diverse industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Utilize ATS and CRM systems to track candidates and optimize recruitment pipelines
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and client solutions
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven success in high-volume recruitment across multiple industries
- Expert knowledge of Denver's job market and talent landscape
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar required)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated KPI achievement
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
