Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for diverse industry roles using ATS platforms and networking strategies
- Conducting in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Building and maintaining relationships with top employers across Columbus metropolitan area
- Managing full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Implementing innovative sourcing techniques including social media recruitment and talent pipelines
- Collaborating with internal teams to optimize recruitment workflows and candidate experience
- Tracking recruitment metrics and providing weekly performance reports to leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven ability to source candidates for technical and non-technical roles
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated KPI achievement
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
