Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with 50+ local businesses
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from offer to onboarding
- Utilize ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter for talent pipeline management
- Present weekly payroll reports to candidates and clients
- Develop recruitment strategies to fill urgent staffing needs
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Colorado Springs job market
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for client visits)
