- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes with ATS efficiency and client relationship mastery
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct client consultations to align talent needs with market realities
- Maintain 95% candidate placement success rate through rigorous vetting processes
- Drive weekly revenue targets through strategic contract negotiations
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices in candidate engagement
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate/staffing recruitment with proven track record
- Expertise in Charlotte's talent market with established professional networks
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills with contract and salary structuring experience
- BA/BS in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- SHRM-SPHR or CER certification preferred
