Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for high-demand roles in IT, Healthcare, and Finance sectors
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across 15+ job boards and niche platforms
- Conduct 15-20 candidate interviews weekly using structured behavioral assessments
- Collaborate with corporate clients to refine job specs and hiring requirements
- Present qualified shortlists with detailed candidate analytics and market insights
- Drive offer negotiations and manage onboarding logistics for 90-day placements
- Utilize ATS (Greenhouse) to maintain 100% compliance and documentation accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years in recruitment/staffing with proven track record of 50+ placements/year
- Expert knowledge of DFW job market and industry-specific talent pools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport at all organizational levels
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting hiring metrics and market trends
- Ability to manage 15-20 concurrent job requisitions simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- BA/BS in Business, HR, or related field preferred
