Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in permanent, contract, and temporary positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across Tampa Bay
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, and proprietary databases for passive candidate sourcing
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly/monthly placement and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in Tampa market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement KPIs
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional client meetings
- SHRM or CIPD certification preferred
