- Sourced and placed 15+ technical candidates monthly using Boolean search techniques
- Managed full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 clients including Google, Apple, and AdobeDeveloped and maintained relationships with 50+ hiring managers across Silicon Valley
- Utilized Greenhouse and Bullhorn ATS to track pipelines and generate weekly reports
- Conducted virtual and in-person interviews with 95% candidate satisfaction rate
- Negotiated competitive compensation packages averaging 15% above market rate
- Mentored 2 junior recruiters through structured onboarding program
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with weekly pay structures
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and Dice
- Proven track record placing engineers, data scientists, and healthcare professionals
- Proficient with ATS systems (Greenhouse/Bullhorn) and CRM platforms
- SHRM-SPHR or CTS certification preferred
- Ability to travel to client sites in San Jose and Sunnyvale
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and compliance requirements
- Spanish bilingual proficiency highly valued
