Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates across SF's tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active client accounts with weekly pay arrangements
- Leverage cutting-edge ATS tools and data analytics to optimize hiring metrics
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking
- Drive client satisfaction through exceptional communication and performance tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing agency or corporate recruitment experience in SF Bay Area
- Proven track record of placing candidates in tech/finance sectors with weekly pay structures
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing tools
- Strong client relationship management skills with ability to negotiate complex contracts
- BA/BS degree or equivalent certification in Human Resources or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
