Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and digital outreach
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from initial contact to onboarding
- Develop deep client relationships to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Leverage our proprietary ATS system for efficient candidate matching and reporting
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state employment regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement metrics
- Strong technical proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
