Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles across Oklahoma City
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and corporate clients
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Leverage digital platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) and local networking events
- Generate weekly performance reports and optimize recruitment strategies

Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting/staffing experience in Oklahoma City market
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
