Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with ideal roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Leverage digital platforms and networking to expand talent pipeline
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly and monthly placement targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting sales/placement quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools
- Strong understanding of Jacksonville's job market and industries
- Ability to thrive in commission-based performance structure
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional certification (CPSR, CSP) preferred
