Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles including IT, healthcare, and administrative positions
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies across Georgia
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to ensure optimal job fit
- Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for placed candidates with weekly pay arrangements
- Utilize ATS and CRM systems to manage recruitment pipeline and track metrics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly/monthly placement and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Strong knowledge of Georgia's job market and industry trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience with contract/temporary staffing models highly desirable
