Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including manufacturing, healthcare, and IT
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using ATS platforms and direct sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competencies
- Develop strong client relationships through regular communication and requirement alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Participate in local job fairs and networking events to expand talent reach
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong knowledge of Detroit's talent market and industry trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Relevant HR certification (PHR/SPHR) preferred
- Valid Michigan driver's license for occasional client meetings
