Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs (IT, Healthcare, Finance, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from offer to placement
- Utilize ATS systems and data-driven recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with sales team to meet quarterly KPIs
- Stay updated on Chicago labor market trends
Qualifications
- 2+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Strong knowledge of Chicago job market and industries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field
- Ability to manage high-volume placements efficiently
- Valid Illinois driver's license for client meetings
